New Sea Expert Academy (S.E.A.):On-line Classroom Interviews

Imagine the motivation and thrill your students will feel, meeting an ocean expert face-to-face -- via the computer and getting to ask questions inspired by what they’ve been studying in your class.  S.E.A. can be used as the culmination of your STEM curriculum. Participating students in earn a  S.E.A.  participation certificate to remind them of this special classroom event.

Program Nuts and bolts (how to set up/use):

GRADES:

1st to 6th grade

TOPICS:

WhaleTimes experts can answer questions about most ocean animals. Topics are determined when reservation is made. Questions sent in advance help expert prepare for your class’s level of knowledge.

FEE:

$40 per 30 to 40 minute program. WhaleTimes is a non-profit organization. Our experts volunteer their time. Fees are used to support WhaleTimes education programs.
PROGRAM DAYS: TUESDAYS. Plus, we’ve added a special Earth Day schedule (Wednesday, April 22).
